Co-Founder & Lead Researcher

Tom co-founded Lubyanza and leads the research programme, designing the surveys and analysing the data. He is a PhD student at the University of Cape Town, and is the Knowledge, Data and Policy Lead at the Global Network for Popular Transportation.

Geofrey Ndhogezi

Co-Founder

Geofrey brings first-hand knowledge of the boda sector to the research. He has worked as a boda rider, online taxi driver, restaurant manager, and hawker across Kampala.

Constant Kizito

Researcher

Constant is a current boda rider and former stage chairman. His experience organising riders at stage level shapes how Lubyanza designs its surveys and interprets results.
